RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Illinois Supply Company allows return of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase if the customer pays return shipping to:

Please include your original packing slip or order receipt with your return. For Exchange for a different item, we will pay outbound shipping on the exchanged-for item. Refunds will be issued by a credit to your credit card or a check by mail. No shipping fees will be refunded. Defective merchandise will be replaced immediately. Missing parts can be shipped directly to you at no charge.
